Canary Island Palm

The Canary island palm is an alluring date palm from Canary islands. This is one of the most majestic of all palms. Slowly it reaches 60 feet in height. Washington palm

Washington palm (W.Robusta) is a tropical tall palm tree native to California. It has a tall, slender trunk, up to 100 feet tall and large, fan-shaped leaves that create a dense and compact canopy. Dead fronds hang downward and form a dense hula skirt over the trunk. Washington palm loves sunny locations and well-drained soils. They are sensitive to the winter temperature below 20 degrees F and prefer temperatures about 80 degrees F and higher. Washington palms have low watering needs.
Washington palm (Washingtonia robusta) is often used in street plantings and as a specimen landscape palnt.
